OPERATIONS MANAGER

Do you have a genuine interest for padel and are looking for new challenges? We are now starting the recruitment process to build the team for our Padel Zenter in Milan. 

 

Padel Zenter is at the forefront of the establishment of padel in Sweden, currently running five facilities in different cities. We are now expanding and are entering the Italian market by opening our sixth facility, this time in Milan. Our vision is to create the best padel facilities internationally, only investing in the best for providing the customers best possible experience. Besides regular bookings, we arrange events, conferences, tournaments and classes in absolute top class. 

 

 

The position

We are looking for an operations manager who will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations are carried on in an appropriate way. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the daily operations in areas such as tournaments, events, sales and training activities. 

  • Being supportive and engage your team to perform. 

  • Making sure your team delivers and maintain the set standard of the facility.

  • Personnel responsibilities such as scheduling.

 

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who works proactively, is highly organised and takes responsibility. Having a high work ethic and a genuine interest for padel are important qualities, as well as enjoying to work with customer service. 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English. 

  • Prior experience in management, operations and leadership.

  • Interest and experience in sales. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.

  • Passion for the sport.
