Padel is one of many activities that are approved by the Swedish Tax Agency for wellness allowance, so take advantage of your wellness allowance hos us at Padel Zenter. All of our facilities are connected to Epassi. If you make your purchase directly in MATCHi you can easily access your receipts for accounting. You can use your wellness allowance to book leisure time, training courses, and activities and buy value cards with different amounts. Read below how you go about using your health care.

Buy our value cards - get up to 15% extra

At all of our facilities, it is possible to buy our value cards for wellness. These value cards are available in several different amounts and give you 15% extra to book for. Value cardone can be used for booking game times and activities. The value card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is not limited to specific days or times but can be used flexibly at the local Padel Zenter facility where you make your purchase. You can find the value cards on your facility's MATCHi page.

REPORT RECEIPT - THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT

If you have an employer that offers a health care allowance on presentation of a receipt, you can easily purchase and obtain a receipt via our booking portal MATCHi or ask the staff at the reception. First of all, it is important that you have updated your MATCHi profile with correct information such as first name, last name, social security number, etc. You can update the profile by clicking on your name at the top right in MATCHi and selecting "My profile" in the drop-down menu. After that, in the right column of the page, you can update your profile with the correct date of birth, address, etc.

How do I get the receipt?

Go to MATCHi and log in with your details there. Click your name in the top right, then select "My Payments" from the drop-down menu. There you will get an overview of all your payments and bookings made via MATCHi. The certificates can be downloaded in PDF format which you can later send to your employer. If you have questions about wellness, you can always contact your local Padel Zenter facility and they will help you.

CONNECTED HEALTHCARE PORTALS

Here at Padel Zenter, we offer wellness purchases in the form of credits that are used when purchasing court times through a connected wellness portal.  Contact your local Padel Zenter facility if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Here's how to shop:

1. You purchase the offer via your connected wellness portal
2. Padel Zenter receives a confirmation of the purchase
3. Padel Zenter enters the purchased amount according to the offer into the customer's MATCHi account
4. The amount is in your MATCHi account within 24h

Important information about your purchase via Epassi and Wellnet

1. If you used a different email for your purchase than the one linked to your Matchi account, please check your inbox or contact us directly if you do not find your credits within 24 hours.

2. If you only have a Matchi account and have never booked a course in our facility, you are probably not entered in our customer register yet, please check your inbox or contact us.

3. You will then find your credits in Matchi when you select "payment method".

4. Your credits must be deposited into your Matchi account within 24 hours of your purchase, otherwise please contact us as we may be missing information from you.
