BARISTA & CAFÉ MANAGER

Do you have a genuine interest for padel and are looking for new challenges? We are now starting the recruitment process to build the team for our Padel Zenter in Milan. 

 

Padel Zenter is at the forefront of the establishment of padel in Sweden, currently running five facilities in different cities. We are now expanding and are entering the Italian market by opening our sixth facility, this time in Milan. Our vision is to create the best padel facilities internationally, only investing in the best for providing the customers best possible experience. Besides regular bookings, we arrange events, conferences, tournaments and classes in absolute top class. 

 

 

The position

We are looking for a service minded café manager who will be responsible for the daily operations of our café. A part of the position also includes working in our store selling padel products. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, as well as food such as focaccia, ciabatta etc.

• Receive and process payments. 

• Menu planning.

• Monitor and maintain inventory. 

• Maintenance of the café area.

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone with extensive experience within the café industry who works independently, is social and takes responsibility. Having a high work ethic and enjoying to work with customer service are important qualities. 

 

 

Requirements:

• Fluent in English. 

• Several years of experience as a café manager or in a related field. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
