We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales, Marketing, and Event Officer to join our team at our new Padel Zenter. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating events to enhance our center's visibility and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Build strong relationships with customers and partners to boost revenue.

• Marketing: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote our Padel Zenter. Manage social media accounts, design promotional materials, and analyze market trends to adjust strategies.

• Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute events and tournaments at the Padel Zenter. Coordinate with vendors, manage event logistics, and ensure a smooth and successful execution.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and feedback. Address inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Shop Assistance: Assist with sales in the Padel Zenter store and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and event coordination

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies

• Experience in managing events from conception to execution

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools

• Enthusiastic and proactive with a customer-focused mindset

• Experience with Padel and a passion for the sport

• Fluent in Swedish and English
  

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an energetic individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and event management. You should have experience with Padel and be fluent in both Swedish and English. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to enhance our Padel center's success.
