Café Manager at Padel Zenter, Stockholm

About the Role:

As a sales-oriented receptionist at Padel Zenter, you will be the first impression for our customers and play an important role in creating a positive experience for them. You will handle both administrative and sales-related tasks, focusing on promoting our services and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival at the facility.

  • Manage bookings, memberships, and other administrative tasks.

  • Provide information about our services and current offers.

  • Promote the sale of our products and services, such as lessons and events.

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is organized and inviting.

  • Handle phone inquiries and email correspondence.

  • Assist in planning and executing events and tournaments.

  • Drive sales in our shop and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • Good computer skills and experience with booking systems are a plus.

  • Interest and knowledge in padel is an advantage.
