OPERATIONS MANAGER

Do you have a genuine interest in padel and want to help develop the sport? We are now looking for a person who will be responsible for developing the daily operation and be involved in the further development of Padel Zenter. This means, among other things, driving our existing operations forward and being involved in developing our new projects together with Padel Zenter's organization. 

In this role, you are responsible for our operations and the daily operational work. You will have a role in the development of our 5 facilities in Sweden and the continued work to build up our future operations. This means that you will lead, support and develop the daily operations in areas such as activities, sales, staff and our training operations. The position is located in Stockholm, but some of the work will take place at our other facilities around Sweden. 

Requirements and experiences:

We see that you are a social, structured, efficient and goal-oriented person who has a wide network of contacts in padel. Furthermore, you are positive and happy, and want to develop in your role. 

In addition to this, we see that you have: 

Several years of experience in sales, facility operation or similar in padel alt. facility owner who built up and ran a business. Genuine interest in padel and knowledge of the industry. Flexible and able to work inconvenient hours.
